Awlait – Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience, with the following conditions:
Conditions:
• Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging
• Customized items such as specialized pillows are not eligible for return
Shipping Fees:
• Customers bear shipping fees for returns
• If the order is refused or not received, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
Refunds:
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection
• Refunds are issued to bank accounts only
Process:
1. Contact customer service
2. Submit a return or exchange request
3. Receive a shipping label
4. Deliver the product
5. Inspect the product and process the refund or send a replacement
